Tianjin Machine Tool Exhibition

This September, Tianjin once again took the spotlight. Following the successful Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit held at the end of August, the city stepped onto the world stage with a new sense of openness and cooperation. On September 17, the Tianjin International Machine Tool Exhibition, together with the Tianjin International Industrial Automation & Robotics Exhibition, officially opened at the Tianjin International Convention Center. As the largest machine tool exhibition in Northern China for the second half of the year, the event attracted renowned international brands such as Tsugami and Dean, along with many competitive Chinese enterprises.

CNC Coolant Tank Cleaner

Coolant tanks contaminated with sludge and oily residues have long been a headache for manufacturers. The BOD cleaner, with a maximum suction power of -20 kPa, can remove 200 liters of polluted coolant in just five minutes. It efficiently separates oil, metal chips, and coolant, allowing the filtered fluid to be returned to the tank. Easy to operate, the machine restores a CNC tool to near-original cleanliness within one hour, boosting productivity and extending equipment life. Intelligent Chip Compaction Machine
Metal chips generated during Machining are bulky, messy, and often soaked with coolant, making them difficult to store and harmful to the workshop environment. The BOD compaction machine compresses loose chips into compact cylinders for easy storage and transport, while simultaneously recovering residual coolant. Capable of processing 120 kg of steel chips per hour, it provides both economic and environmental benefits. Many visitors praised it as a “green assistant” for modern workshops.
